Terms and Conditions for Using BCB

By using BCB, you agree to the following:

1. Data Management & Confidentiality

• Data entered into the system is not shared with third parties by BCB and is used only within the system.
• It is the responsibility of the organization to inform users and teams about the data stored in the system in accordance with GDPR regulations.
• Data for each organization can only be viewed by members of that specific organization and is not shared across the system.
• BCB’s system administrator has access to all data for support purposes.

2. Access Restrictions

• The system may only be used internally by the organization and by officials at events.
• Access must not be granted to individuals who are not part of the organization.
• Event participants (clubs/teams) must not be given access.
• The organization is responsible for properly managing access rights and updating user information.
• Users must not share login credentials with others.

3. Event Registration & Data Responsibility

• Event registration and related data must be managed by the organization itself on its own server and website.
• The organization is responsible for ensuring that it has a legal basis for storing personal data.

4. Data Security & Storage

• Event data is automatically deleted two months after the events end date unless otherwise agreed (including results).
• User data within organizations is automatically deleted after six months if the user has not been active.
• Data for the organization, including organization administrators, is automatically deleted two months after the license expires.
• If data is critical, the organization should ensure it maintains its own backups, as BCB does not guarantee data recovery in case of data loss.

5. System Stability & Disclaimer

• BCB cannot guarantee 100% uptime and is not responsible for data loss due to technical failures, force majeure, or unforeseen incidents.
• BCB uses a hosted web solution from a third party and cannot guarantee stability, uptime, or the absence of disruptions during live event operations or system use.

6. User Behavior & Sanctions

• Misuse of the system may result in immediate exclusion of individual users or organizations.
• Attempts at hacking, unauthorized access, or data modification will be reported and may lead to legal action.
• BCB may block or exclude users and organizations at any time if they do not use the system as intended, regardless of license agreements.

7. Changes to Terms

• BCB reserves the right to change the terms with prior notice.
