Terms and Conditions for Using BCBR

By using BCBR, you agree to the following:

1. Data Handling & Confidentiality

• Data entered into the system is not shared by BCBR with third parties and is only used within the system.
• It is the teams responsibility to inform users and team members about the data stored in the system, in accordance with GDPR.
• Data for each team can only be viewed by members of that team and is not shared across the system.
• BCBRs system administrator has access to all data for support purposes.

2. Access Restrictions

• The system may only be used by the teams leaders and coaches.
• Access as a team member may only be granted to team leaders or coaches.
• No event participants (boxers) may be given access.
• The team responsible is accountable for proper management of access rights and updating user information.
• Users must not share login credentials with others; doing so may result in suspension of the teams account.

3. Registration & Data Responsibility

• Registration for events and related data is handled by the organization of the event.
• The organization is responsible for ensuring that personal data is managed correctly beyond BCBR.

4. Data Security & Storage

• Event data is automatically deleted one month after the events end date, unless otherwise agreed (including results).
• Team and user data is automatically deleted after six months if there has been no activity from the team or user.

5. Operational Stability & Disclaimer

• BCBR cannot guarantee 100% uptime and is not responsible for data loss due to technical errors, force majeure, or unforeseen events.
• BCBR uses a hosted web solution from a third party and cannot guarantee stability, uptime, or absence of disruptions in system usage.
• It is accepted by the team responsible on behalf of the entire team that data may be lost due to system errors, and that BCBR is not liable for lost registrations or financial matters.

6. User Conduct & Sanctions

• Misuse of the system may result in immediate exclusion of individual users or teams.
• Attempts at hacking, unauthorized access, or data alteration will be reported and may result in legal action.
• BCBR may at any time block or exclude users and teams that do not use the system as intended, regardless of active registrations.
• BCBR is not liable for lost registrations or financial matters in such cases.

7. Changes to Terms

• BCBR reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions.
• Changes will be communicated via e-mail to the team responsible.
